I Am My Sister is a community wellness program under the nonprofit The Mindful Foundation!  As  a wellness program for black and brown women and their families, events focus on holistic wellness, cultivating balance within self through mindful meditation and learning through mentorship, workshops and play.

OUR MISSION

I Am My Sister is a wellness program through The Mindful Foundation for Black and Brown women and their families/ allies that focuses on holistic wellness, education, cultivating balance within self through mindful meditation and learning thru mentorship, workshops and play.

Through our programming, we are committed to renewing women and families of color through educational classes in life skills/ finance, and creating bridges for community resources and family fun,  in the communities in which our families  reside; encouraging  overall wellness for women and their families.
